Collecting all eight bundles ensures a complete completion score for this initial phase.
Crafting the Boiler Valve at the Factory
After delivering the materials, head to the Republic-Era Factory Ruins to find the next set of duplicates. You must use a chocobo to dig up a transmuter chip after scanning the local Lifesprings. Using this chip, craft a Boiler Valve using iron ore, zinc ore, and amethyst found around the area. Once crafted, hand the valve over to the clones to progress the storyline.
Claiming the Tonberry King Crown
The final phase of the quest requires advancing to Chapter 9 to access the Corel Desert. Analyze the region's Lifesprings to locate the Classified Intel encounter with the Tonberry King. During the battle, pressure the boss so that it drops its crown, then quickly use the Steal Materia to acquire the Pristine Crown. Returning this crown to Johnny completes the entire quest chain successfully.
Rewards and Unlocking the Treasure Trove
Finishing this quest transforms Johnny's resort into a fully functional display area known as Johnny's Treasure Trove.
